Customer Service Specialist Required in Dubai

You must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
You will be responsible for all customer service related matters of the Organization.
Maintain and improve Bafleh standards and services to ensure guest satisfaction and the right public image.
Ensure that the office fixed assets are always in the best of conditions
liaise with the Front Office on any guest complaints and problems, to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and to address all complaints to the Operations Manager / General Manger
Study and evaluate the operations and procedures of the Bafleh and suggest improvements to the Front Office.

Salary ranges will depend on your skills and experience. You can expect a starting salary of AED 4000, which could go up to a monthly wage of AED 7000.
