Customer Service Specialist Required in Dubai
What you’ll do
In direct contact with the two co-founders, we are looking for a kind and happy person in Customer Success to take care of our clients and build a loyal community.
Answer telephone calls, whatsapp messages and emails from customers and prospects
Manage customer service on social networks and website with goal to advise and sell/upsell
Ensure that packages are shipped correctly and that deadlines are met by following with each client on a daily basis
Ensure after-sales service. Always focusing on customer satisfaction.
Generating new sales, increasing the AOV and repeat rate via a strong SMS, email, call strategy
Boosting our satisfaction rate by getting as many reviews as possible and providing ideas for continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and reviews
Experience required
3+ years experience developing, optimizing, managing Customer Service for consumer brands
Experience with e-commerce platforms Shopify, Klaviyo and CS softwares
A track record of building and optimizing a customer service department
Excellent understanding of e-commerce and user experience
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing & logistic team
A great degree of day-to-day flexibility and proactivity
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel to build & follow up database of customers
Skills required
Fluent in Arabic and English – French is a plus.

Able to work independently and with a sense of urgency on a daily basis
