POSITION: Customer Service/Order Taker
SALARY: up to 3,800 AED all-inclusive plus all UAE benefits depending on experience and qualifications

LOCATION: Jebel Ali, Dubai
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (1-month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time/ Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Open to Filipino and Indian candidates
Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any relevant
At least 1-year experience as Customer Service for Food & Beverage industry, home country experience is accepted
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answer the company’s incoming calls and be at reception to answer and entertain walk-in customer inquiries
Responsible for answering WhatsApp and SMS inquiries and manage social media postings and comments
Will go to the market for urgent ingredients missing (only when needed)
Professional emailing to potential clients
