Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Attend to all incoming calls
Determine and review customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Develop sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communications
Attend to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the required time frame
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts as well as file
Monitor customer services to clients through phone calls
Deal with customer requests in a professional, timely and efficient manner
Renew customer information in the customer service database
Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive relationship with the clients
Generate monthly customer service reports
Job Qualifications and Experience
Should have a business related Degree or Diploma
At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar role required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have good listening skills and the ability to think quickly
Good customer service skills required
Must have good knowledge in using the computer
Candidates with experience in a shipping company are preferred
Must have a positive attitude with the ability to handle all kinds of clients
Employment Type:Full Time
Monthly Salary:2,000 - 3,999 AED
Minimum Work Experience:1-2 Years
Minimum Education Level:High-School / Secondary
