Customer Service Representative Required in Dubai -
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Candidate that loves dealing with customers, take the extra mile in assisting, fulfilling their needs and requirements and proactively solving any issues.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining client relationship with email, call and maintain the database.
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Responsible for giving the right information to all the prospective clients.
Handling inbound calls & customer queries
Obtain customer information (such as name, address, number, email id) for future reference and record such information.
Ability to manage and work with multiple clients / customer's.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Deal with suppliers and organize ordered and collections
Qualifications
Should be result oriented and be able to work independently and under pressure.
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience in Retail industry and or Baby & Mother domain
Writing and speaking in English
At least 1 years' of relevant work experience in e-commerce platforms
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
High school graduate or any relevant field
Basic knowledge and experience in warehouse keeping, logistics and inventory is an advantage
Energetic and with lively personality
