Vacancy for Customer Service Representative for a Call center
Right Candidate:
1. Excellent communication skills with good telephone manners. (English). Asian nationality (urdu or hindi is plus)
2. Computer knowledge
3. Manage inbound and outbound calls
4. Fast learner
5. Minimum of 1 years + experience in call center field
6. Ability to handle customer situations in a polite, professional and timely manner
Responsibilities
- Place phone calls to potential leads from an existing database of customers
- Provide fantastic customer service via phone calls, instant messages, and emails
- Manage large amounts of outgoing calls, instant messages, and emails
- Identify customer needs, create solutions and ensure a positive experience
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
