Customer Service Representative - Dubai
• Provide online (chat) support to various agents (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) for navigating the Online Portal
• Recommend suitable packages/itineraries and generate higher sales
• Strong experience in Customer Service, preferably Voice/Chat support
• Ideally minimum 2 years’ experience with travel/tour operator or Contact Center
• Must have an Investor Visa/ Husband or Father’s Visa Sponsorship
