CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM DATA ENTRY REQUIRED IN DUBAI

What we need!
1. A person who can look after our online customer sales and support.
2. Can take customer calls, reply on chat, should know the best way to deal with online customers
3. Little experience running the operations of an online / eCommerce website.
4. Knowledge of social media
5. Can list product on the website, and ensuring the correctness of product data on websites including product pricing and images.
6. Can updating new products with descriptions on company Website
7. Can Manage e-mailers / Newsletters to customers
8. Handling / Fulfillment of Online orders
9. Proficient in Microsoft WORD / EXCEL
Location will be near Ibn Battuta Metro Station
Own Visa or spouse visa will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Working days are from Saturday to Thursday
Salary between AED 1,800 to AED 3,500, depending on the experience.
