CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

A Reputed company in Dubai looking for experienced Customer Service Agents for a prestigious project in Dubai, A minimum of 02 years of experience Industry experience.
The purpose of the role is to provide world class customer services to all passengers and to assist the Operations teams and service partners in delivering the best possible operational standards in all aspects of the passenger journey.
• Customer service provision and assisting passengers with information, interact face to face with thousands of passengers daily and the core task is to assist passengers in any way required to help them on their journey. Providing information regarding products and services, assisting with wayfinding and delivering a friendly and professional service. Team members will support the operations team in preparing reports and briefings, gathering and recording required information and ensuring all required administrative tasks are accurately complete.

• Must displace behaviors of empathy and team work and be able to demonstrate problem solving skills, Must be customer focused and understand how to deliver good customer experience.

• will work as part of large and diverse teams and constantly interact with customers and internal and external service partners. A friendly nature, positive outlook and great inter personal skills are essential.

• The role is shift based to cover a 24/7 requirement. Appropriate uniform will be provided

• Education: Educated to level of High School Diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent professional qualification

• Working Experience: Overall work experience minimum of 2 years Industry experience (Retail, F & B, Hotel Hospitality) minimum of 1 year, Core activity experience minimum of 1 year

• Age: Able to work 12 hour shifts over 24/7 roster

• Gender: Male and Female

• Nationality: Any Nationality

• Language Skills: Fluent English language skills, Mandarin, Urdu, Hindi and Arabic language desirable

• Computer Skills : Basic Microsoft Office
