Customer Service Administrator Required in Dubai - Dubai
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Administrator.
Day-to-day tasks may include, but not limited to:
Be a primary point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries, requests, and
concerns via email, phone, and chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve guest issues and complaints by investigating and identifying the root cause,
providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our
CRM system.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and provide
feedback to the team to improve processes and services.
Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate any urgent issues or
escalations promptly.
Conduct DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) check-in and
check-out procedures.
Handle DTCM registration and application of unit permits as required.
Ensure proper guest registration with building management.
Coordinate and communicate cleaning schedules to the team on a daily basis.
Report any maintenance issues brought up by guests or the cleaning company to the
team promptly.
Qualifications
Fluency in English is a must, multiple languages is a plus
Excellent customer service and customer support skills
Ability to create a positive customer experience
Strong communication skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

Attention to detail in handling paperwork and data.
Time Management:
Efficiently handle deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
