I am a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Supply Chain Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research. I have completed IATA / UFTAA foundation course.
I have been with :-
- Jet Airways as an Executive Guest Relations for 7 months.
- Connaught Network Services Pvt Ltd as Senior Customer Relations Officer (a fully owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways) for 8 years and 8 months.
- Cathay Pacific Airways at the Mumbai International Airport as a Trainee Customer service associate (6 months contract)
- Air India Cargo as a Trainee (3 months contract).
