Customer Care Executive Required in Dubai - Dubai
Looking for a customer care executive who is fluent in communicating with customers in English and Arabic. Any additional language will be an advantage. Candidate should be flexible, adaptive in nature and multitasking.
Position – Customer Care Executive
Location – Dubai, UAE
Type – Full-time
Educational Qualifications – Minimum Graduate in any stream
Responsibilities:
Attending incoming/outgoing phone calls and answering them.
Communicating with VIP Customers, Long time not buying customers or abandoned cart customers.
Replying to emails and messages on the company’s various platforms.
Handle E-commerce queries, and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Translate website content from English to Arabic and vice versa.
Preparing Customer Feedback Reports as per the requirements.
Visit stores and talk to the customers to understand their requirements, likes, and dislikes.
Help to create Arabic content for the website, brochures, brand profiles, social media posts, stories, reels, videos, letters, documents, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
Excellent communication and language skills (English and Arabic).
Strong understanding of Emirati culture and values.
Excellent Computer Knowledge.
