CRM Executive Required in Dubai
The CRM Executive plays a key role in managing the Clients' data base, information, market intelligence, Categorization, to uplift the existing clients and helps the sales team to recruit new ones.
This is an office based role, working closely with Retail and Marketing team specifically to give the support and information they need to make their work easier and increase productivity.
Key tasks for this role are, but not limited to:
Support the Retail Management in setting Client Approach Strategies.
Collects, and maintain the Clients' data base online and off-line.
Extracts informative reports and dashboards for both retail front line team and upper management.
Assign clients and monitor client performance for each client advisor.
Manage the CRM budget in terms of spending and projections.
Monitor Client's experience in and out of the store.
Pro-actively suggest Ideas to the Retail and Marketing team to elevate the customer experience.
Analyze the client's feedback and suggest corrective methods when needed.
Create personalized service for VIC and VVIC.
Maintain the Brand's identity while communicating with or contacting clients.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
2 to 3 years in a similar role within the luxury market
Strong Analytical and data management skills
Proficient in reporting on both CRM Tools and Microsoft Excel
Luxury Exposure and passion to elevating the client's experience
Creative and a problem solver
