Fortune 5 Real Estate is currently looking for a and well experienced Creative Graphics Designer
IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
SALARY : 7000 AED - 8000 AED
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Should be able to design, conceptualize and draft eye catching artwork
• Need to have knowledge about artwork sizes of social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Should be able to edit videos as post production and animation
• Create project brochures, Collaterals , Flyers & Other design Elements for Brands & Projects
• Develop graphics for visual or audio, images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms
• Manage video editing on Premiere Pro or related software
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout Incorporate changes recommended by management into the final design according to brand
• Should follow the marketing guidelines of the developers
• Create and edit PowerPoint Presentation and PDF presentation templates
• Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format.
• Utilizes wireframing and graphic sketches to provide Catchy images to Landing pages & Website
• Contribute to conceptualizing campaigns and activations from a creative perspective.
• Help create Brand guidelines and creative identities where needed
• Ensure digital/social best practices are applied and brand guidelines are followed
• Proactively suggest creative content / designs based on solid understanding of strategic objectives
• Keep an eye on the current trends and develop content accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ year Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong knowledge and experience of Premier Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of the real estate market is preferred
• Should be a Self starter and have to solutions oriented
• Knowledge of Arabic is a Plus
• Good presentation Skills
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• A strong eye for visual composition & Proofreading
• Practical experience working as a graphic designer required preferably in a real estate firm
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
