A reputed Company is looking for a hardworking Cook who would be responsible to manage a busy kitchen for a catering company. Prepares food for clients. Helps devise new methods of cooking and new menu items. The cook must prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foodstuffs in restaurants. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu. The candidate must also clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Familiar with industry's best practices Preferred candidate must have same relevant experience.
