Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Company Driver. The Company Driver will be responsible for safely transporting goods, materials, or personnel to and from designated locations, representing our company in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods or personnel.
Adhere to traffic laws and company driving policies.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles.
Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed.
Plan routes and schedule deliveries or pickups.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and vehicle inspections.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and colleagues.
Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Company Driver or in a similar driving role.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a company driver role is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to load and unload goods as required.
