Clinical Psychologist Required in Dubai

Clinical Psychologist position in a specialist multidisciplinary team in a clinic committed to offering patient centred, evidence based and compassionate care to international standards.

The post holder reports directly to and works closely with the Medical Director. This service is best suited for professionals who enjoy team working and striving to continuously improve their skills and experience to offer the best possible care to their patients ranging from adolescents and adults.

The post holder should offer adult, family and couples psychotherapy with experience in various approaches primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Further required experience and/or specialization includes; Eating Disorders (anorexia, bulimia, obesity, binge eating disorder), Anxiety Disorders (generalized anxiety, panic attack, obsessive compulsive disorder), Mood Disorders (Depressive Disorder, bipolar disorder, post pregnancy depression), psychosomatic disorders, adaptive disorder, ***ual-related disorders.

Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

The successful candidate will need to show evidence of patient-centered care and the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing motivation and guidance as well as being committed to continuous professional development. Regular trainings and continued professional development are in-built in the working of the service.
