About the Company
A leading Real Estate Group looking for a Male/Female Public Relations and Customer Service for its Dubai office.
Job Description
• To establish close working relationships with the members of the team.
• To prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
• To be proactive in ways to generate revenue through the communication of ideas to the team.
• To follow-up clients needs and inquiries.
• To communicate with the Sales Department regarding clients documentation and related tasks.
• To communicate with the International Admin Department for closing deals paperwork and related tasks.
• To handover clients their Title Deeds & Closing Package items.
• To handover clients the monthly rents for their properties.
• To work with the media and advertising agencies regarding campaign, marketing and related jobs.
• To maintain and establish a long business relationship with the newspapers, press, magazines and media sources.
• To follow-up and finalize the needed documentation between Dubai and other Group Offices worldwide.
• To create customer service standards which are reliable, efficient and meets the clients’ expectation and satisfaction.
• To establish and maintain a detailed consumer data/filing system which is always kept up to date.
• To attend the trade shows/exhibitions and represent the company in a professional manner at all times and professional interaction with customers or potential clients.
• Wants to grow within the organization.
• Provide strong support to the management team.
• Has a good understanding of training and can deliver high caliber training sessions.
Skills
• Has an experience not less than 3-5 years in Public Relations and Customer Service field.
• Experienced with customer service and satisfaction standards.
• Experienced in Public Relations Management and activities.
• Having good relation with the local media, press and advertising agencies.
• Having strong business negotiations and communication skills.
• Pleasing personality.
• Motivated and proactive.
• Is able to challenge in a constructive manner.
• Has the right attitude, aptitude, and displays positive behaviors.
• Ability to think critically and share ideas and knowledge.
• Systems / Policy driven and is able to maintain business disciplines.
• Computer literate - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Arabic and English spoken is must
