Client Executive Required in Dubai

▪ Knowledgeable with all the government portal
▪ In – charge for processing of employment Visa (including applying for the quota)
▪ In – charge for all the company letters for all the employees and clients
▪ Assist clients with their visa applications in all Jurisdictions (new, renewal, cancellation, transfer, family visa)
▪ Provide high caliber customer service
▪ Answer clients with their HR related queries such as visa applications, full & final settlement, etc.
▪ Provide HR administrative work to clients
▪ Assist clients with their certificate/letter requests (NOC, salary certificate, salary transfer letter, salary amendment letter)
▪ Generate opportunities in Salesforce (CRM) system for invoicing and collect payments from clients (to provide to Finance)
▪ Proficient user of (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
▪ Liaising with relevant Authority on behalf of the client
▪ Assist clients with their License (renewal, amendment and cancellation)
▪ Able to work well under pressure
Driving license
Salary: 5000-6000 AED
