1 Civil Foreman required with experience in Construction, Building Maintenance DUTIES: Can understand the drawings of Construction. Ensure all jobs are on schedule and effectively utilizing the skills of all workers. Adjusts priorities to ensure maximum productivity and makes sure the site has adequate materials and tools . Ensure deliberate effort is made to gain a full understanding and working knowledge of the locations. Quality Systems, ensuring all site personnel adhere to them at all times. Monitor all works against specifications to ensure the continuing quality and accuracy of work performed.
