• Prepares cost estimation as required.
• Preparation of measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off for
Tenders.
• Prepare Reinforcement schedule for estimating.
• Assist in estimation of direct cost of Tenders.
• Monitors and records site progress and keeps records of day works.
• Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity.
• Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and
Subcontractors.
• Preparation of payments for Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Assist in claim preparation in coordination with the project
Manager/Director.
• Prepares monthly progress payments. Monitoring and supervision of
projects.
• Prepare schedules to achieve targets in time.
• Provide technical support for implementation of works.
• Assure quality during execution and completion of works.
• Project estimation & site supervision
