Child Wellbeing Senior Manager Required in Dubai

Purpose for the role:

To provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the successful planning and implementation of the Education Child wellbeing strategy across the United Arab Emirates

Functional responsibilities:

Develop policies, programs, standards, guidelines on school health and safe and supportive school
Ensure a safe social environment in public and private schools including prevention from all sorts of abuse and neglect
Monitor and evaluate social environment safety and health
Provide technical support as needed
Develop partnerships for schools health activists in relation to child protection
Lead the awareness raising on child protection in the education sector, and oversee carrying out the related promotion activities such as children's rights, child abuse, etc.

Background and Experience:

Experience within Private and Public Schools within the United Arab Emirate
Team Management experience
For a minimum of 6 – 8 years in related field, preferably the education sector
Good communication in English and Arabic would be advantageous
University degree or equivalent in a related field, Master’s Degree is desirable

Must be based in the UAE
