We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Blockchain Solutions Architect to drive innovation in loyalty-based solutions powered by blockchain technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both Hyperledger Fabric and Polygon, with a deep understanding of private and public blockchain systems.

Key Requirements:

Proficient in blockchain technologies, including Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, and Polygon.
Expertise in tokenisation principles, cryptocurrency, ICOs/IDOs, wallets, swaps, and NFTs.
Knowledge of AI, middleware integrations, and modern development stacks (MERN, Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong background in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), security, and traditional stacks (Java, C).
Experience in leading tech teams to deliver enterprise-grade products, from MVP to deployment.
Skilled in transforming business requirements into technical solutions, architecture, and process flows.

Ideal Profile:

Proven leadership in blockchain projects, especially around L1/L2 layers and Web3.
Familiarity with loyalty solutions and tokenisation strategies.
Strong communication skills for engaging with technical stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation in emerging technologies.

Flexibility to travel globally is required.
