Ideal Candidate should be Post Graduate in Law with minimum 10 years of experience in heading Corporate Compliance, developing, maintaining & revising policies, encourage & enhance ethical conduct, participate in risk management practices, provide reassurance to the Board of Directors regarding ethical practices & conduct amongst employees. Candidate should have good knowledge of UAE rules & regulations, UAE Labor Laws, immigration practices & able to help in liaison with government bodies.
