POSITION: Chef De Partie
SALARY: 3,500 SAR plus accommodation, transportation and duty meals
HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant
WORK LOCATION: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1-month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male, 35 years old and below
Open to candidates in UAE and KSA

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
At least 2 years working experience as a Chef De Partie in a casual dining restaurant
Knowledgeable in food preparation, presentation and preservation
Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and good culinary skill is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant
Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef
Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis
Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
Carries out any other duties as required by management
