Apt Resources is a premium hospitality recruitment firm that has been serving the industry for over a decade. We are currently seeking a talented Japanese Chef to join the Royal family’s private chef team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of gastronomic delights that meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Japanese-style dishes to the satisfaction of the Royal family
Develop and design new menus for the Royal family
Ensure that the kitchen operates in accordance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain an adequate stock of Japanese ingredients and spices
Train and supervise other kitchen staff members in Japanese-style cooking techniques
Work closely with other members of the Royal household to provide excellent culinary experiences for special events and occasions
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements

At least 5 years of kitchen experience, including at least 2 years of experience as a Japanese Chef specializing in various Japanese cuisine including Sushi etc.
A passion for Japanese cuisine and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest food trends and cooking techniques
A professional attitude and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job
Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality dishes within tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Formal training in Japanese-style cooking techniques or related fields is preferred

Benefits

AED 20,000 to AED 35,000 All in salary + all benefits as per UAE Labour laws
