Chartered Accountant working in UAE for last 12 years seeks for CFO / Financial Controller position - Dubai
I am an experienced Indian CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT possessing professional qualifications such as ACA, AICWA, ACS, BL and MBA (Finance).
I possess experience over a period of more than 20 years in handling Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Reporting, MIS, Budgeting, Banking, Treasury, Project funding, Business plans, Cash flow management, Risk Assessment, Cost control, Insurance, IFRS etc. I have handled IPO & well experienced in the listing formalities of the Stock exchanges and I have handled Corporate Acquisition, Due diligence Analysis, Business Valuation, Funding for the take-overs etc. I am a computer literate (holding Masters in Computer Applications - MCA) and have worked in implementation of different ERPs including SAP. Since I worked in large corporate, I have conducted the meeting of the Board of Directors and handled the Corporate Governance.
I have been working in UAE for more than 12 years and staying in UAE.
I am looking for a challenging role as CFO / Group Financial Controller of a group of companies in Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah.
