Job description:
1. Planning, co-ordinating and liaising with Auditors for statutory audits of Indian, Malaysian and Singapore companies.
2. Preparing stand-alone and group cash flow statements.
3. Develops and reports to management the financial performance and tax compliance requirements for each divisions and group.
4. Preparing project reports for new projects and advicing on the taxability and adequate sources of fund.
5. Providing statutory information, Liaising and co-ordinating with various banks for raising required funds.
6. Liaising with internal and statutory auditors and ensuring that the internal control systems are effectively carried out
7. Providing MIS reports
8. Preparation and Consolidation of financials statements including inter-division/ inter-branch/ inter-company accounts.
9. Conducting ledger scrutiny and clearing the discrepancy.
10. Maintaining fixed assets register and checking on the impairments.
11. Reconciliation of customers, vendors and income tax ledgers
12. Analysing and initiating procedures for claiming refund of withholding tax (Withholding tax in Saudi Arabia)
13. Drafting and filing of resolutions, minutes and notices.
14. Credit verification and risk profiling of customers and vendors.
15. Analysing and advicing on DTAA with various countries.
16. Conducting feasibility study on proposed projects and advicing on the same.
17. Filing income tax returns, tax payments and attending hearings with appellate authorities.
