Cashiers needed for Centrepoint - Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates Stores - Dubai
As Cashier at Centrepoint you'll be responsible for delivering a fast, efficient customer service, minimising queue waiting time and maximising the customer experience across all service points and all concepts. You love to serve customers, have an eye for detail, and be naturally calm and focused. You will need a thorough knowledge of store merchandise, and be ready to answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures and policies. • Providing customers a personalised, friendly and efficient cashiering service
• Taking payments from customers via cash, cheques and credit cards
• Undertaking till balancing & administration activities in an efficient manner
• Helping to resolve customer complaints
• Assisting with other sales responsibilities as required
• Training new cashiers
• Sorting, counting, and wrapping currency and coins
• Compiling and maintaining monetary and also non-monetary reports and records
• Balancing cash in the till with receipts
• Assist with & promote Shukran membership to customers
