CALL CENTER AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

The employee we are looking for will service incoming queries on insurance products.
Strong consulting and negotiations skills are a must in order to be successful in selling covers to prospects and provide compelling service from the first introductory phone call all the way to issuing the policy.

You will be preparing and presenting motor quotations, emailing and following up, confidently servicing and consulting each prospect

Prior telesales experience is required.

Required are:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
Demonstrable success working in telesales or life insurance sales
Apt phone etiquette and friendly phone voice
Polished convincing and negotiations skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Commendable inter-personal skills and ability to create long-lasting relations
Flexibility and openness to innovation and improvement

Employment Type:Full Time
Monthly Salary:2,000 - 3,999 AED
Minimum Work Experience:2-5 Years
Minimum Education Level:Bachelors Degree
