Call Adminstrator - Walk In - Dubai
We are currently hiring for a Call Administrator for our Real Estate Company.
Requirements:
•Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken (Arabic is an advantage)
•Relevant contact center experience
•Excellent telephone etiquette
•Accurate with good attention to details
•Proficient in MS Office
•Team player
Responsibilities:
•Receive call enquiries and capture the required information
•Forwarding of calls/leads received to appropriate agents in a timely manner
•Encoding accurate data into the CRM
•Generate report for leads received daily, weekly and monthly
