Our client, a distinguished gentleman residing in an elegant estate in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced, dedicated, and professional Butler to join his household staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide impeccable service with discretion and confidentiality. The role will be live out and has a salary range of 3000 - 5,000 AED.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operation of the household, overseeing all aspects of daily management, including meal planning, housekeeping, and property maintenance
Act as the primary point of contact for all staff, vendors, and guests, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently
Maintain household inventory, including procuring, restocking, and managing all household items and supplies
Plan, coordinate, and execute all events and functions held at the residence, from intimate dinners to large-scale gatherings
Assist with personal tasks as required by the gentleman, including wardrobe management, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling
Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property at all times
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
Qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
A thorough understanding of formal etiquette, protocol, and service standards
Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
