Business Development / Sales Executive in Interior Fit Out - Dubai

Responsibilities:
• Achieve and where possible exceed revenue and margin targets
• Develop growth plans to increase market share
• Problem solving and leadership.
• Work with team members to develop new projects and common goal
• Ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts
• Ensure visibility in the field by establishing long term business relationships with major international clients, contractors and engineering offices.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferable)
• Minimum 3 + years’ sales experience in interior fit out with a very strong client data base
• Successful and demonstrable track record of sales achievement
• Ability to generate new clients and convert leads to sales
• Experience in interior fit out projects and details in UAE
• Able to demonstrate projects to clients
• High level of communication and presentation skills
• IT literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driver license: UAE driver license (preferable w/car)
• Visa: transferable
• Salary: negotiable
