As New Business Development Manager your role will be:

Responsibilities and Experience

Contacting potential clients leads to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
An ability to curate and apply creative, pragmatic solutions from abstract visions.
Revels in delivering exciting and engaging in-person sales presentations.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Achieving sales targets;
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products;
Creating new customers (achieving quotas and revenue requirements to meet targets)
Work collaboratively and supportively with the operations team to communicate prospect activity, requirements and demand timing;
Consistent prospecting, client contact via phone, email and meetings to develop, qualify and close Business Sales leads;
Relishes making cold-calls and hunting new leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

A relevant University Degree would be advantageous.
Experience working in the events and/or special projects sector would be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years in sales, marketing or related field in the Middle East Region.
Dedication to providing great customer service
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
Experience in customer relationship management
Has the temperament and attitude to be a great team player;
Small company/team experience building territories and creating the right customers;
Unsurpassed professionalism in dealing with the inevitable issues and challenges;
Self-motivated and goal-oriented-demonstrates the tenacity to achieve sales
goals and objectives;
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to conduct business in Arabic highly advantageous.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
