Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in business development, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth in the Dubai market.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to develop strategies for business expansion.
· Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
· Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
· Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand professional network.
· Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress to senior management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven track record of 3-4 years in business development, preferably in the UAE market.
· Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
· Knowledge of local market dynamics, business practices, and cultural nuances.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
