As the Business Development Manager at NAVO, your responsibilities include:

Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to spot trends, opportunities, and potential clients.

Prospecting and Relationship Building:

Identify key decision-makers and develop strategies to reach them, ensuring sales targets are met.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs for ongoing satisfaction.

Business Expansion:

Identify new opportunities to expand NAVO's market presence.

Sales:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and meet targets.

Networking:

Attend industry events to build a professional network and uncover potential business opportunities.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Data Analysis:

Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong understanding of the local market trends and dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation (Salary + Commission + Bonus):

Fixed Salary: 5000-7000 AED per month (Based on experience & track record)
Commission & bonus structure based on achieved sales targets & performance (Will be discussed in person)
