Position Overview:
As Business Development Manager at Whitemonde Interior Design Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and managing human resources. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while also ensuring our team is motivated and well-supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Human Resources:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
Provide HR support to ensure a positive work environment.
Collaborate with management on HR strategy and policies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the interior design
Must Have UAE driving license
Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Bachelor's degree in business administration
