Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in our Dubai office. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also need to work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and effective delivery of services.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Experience in business development or sales management
Knowledge of the maritime industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the shipping industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
