POSITION: Business Development Manager
SALARY: up to 20,000 AED monthly gross plus incentives depending on experience and qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Indian, Pakistani and Filipino
Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Extensive time management and networking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong sales track record with proven numbers
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses
Minimum 5 years of similar work experience in an IT solution company (Systems Integrator), providing IT solutions (Infrastructure, Storage)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible in selling full portfolio of the company, mainly infrastructure products, including servers, storage, networking and other related solutions and services
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
