Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Head to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a wide network in the GCC region, deep relationships with CXOs and decision makers and a proven track record. Mature experts who worked in consulting, corporates or PE firms with high energy, resilience and discipline will be preferred. Reports to the Chief Commercial officer in Gulf as well as the Founder of the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's vision, objectives, and revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the UAE and GCC markets.
Engage with senior-level executives to drive the company's agenda and business strategy.
Generate new revenue-generating business relationships.
Participate in contract negotiations and closings.
Work closely with the team to drive the adoption of new initiatives.
Collaborate with other team members to drive the company's people and technology agenda.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or similar role in an Online Marketplace, HRTech, Executive Search, or Services Sales industry.
Strong understanding of the dynamics of the UAE and GCC markets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in leveraging technology for business growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with and influence senior-level executives.
Person Profile:
Successful track record in Business Development or a similar role in an Online Marketplace, HRTech, Executive Search, Staffing Firm, or Services Sales industry.
Strong understanding of regional dynamics.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in leveraging technology for business growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with and influence senior-level executives.
