Candidate Profile
We are looking to appoint a Business Development Associates & Asst. Managers. Who is young energetic bilingual (Arabic, English) female for international real estate sales in UAE. The appointment will be responsible for the sales of Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use Developments.
The role will require a highly successful and target orientated Real Estate Sales professional with flair and personality.
Eligibility
• Degree in Sales or relevant field
• Good awareness of IT systems and CRM and lead management systems
• Two or more years of experience in residential/commercial sales, preferably in mixed use, phased and multi-unit projects
• Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexibility to achieve results
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds
• A talented closer who is willing to get in on the action
• Must be highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Pleasant personality with a competitive attitude to succeed in all situations.
• Prior Experience in Real estate sales will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position will include:
• Sales of exclusively marketed Turkish real estate projects to the community in the UAE and GCC region
• Meeting revenue targets in consultation with senior management
• Should be able to meet and exceed monthly targets
• He/She will be expected to Meet daily and weekly KPI targets
