Job Details
Our company in UAE, is looking for a candidate with 1-4 years experience in BCM. 60% of the work entails you to sell, do the training and implementation of the BCM Solution software, & 40% is spent on general BCM implementation, such as: -Assist business continuity managers to execute on the delivery of the BCM program aligned to ISO 22301
-Prepare Proposals for clients
-Prepare project plans, project charters, BCMS Templates
-Assist in the production of all the business continuity deliverables including but not limited to BC Policy, Incident response model, Governance model and maturity model
-Assist in the creation of business impact analysis (BIA) – identifying recovery and restoration processes for business-critical operations, departments and systems/applications and infrastructure
-Participate in the creation, development and updating of business continuity plans and detailed recovery procedures
-Develop Business Continuity awareness training program for senior and departmental managers
-Assist in developing Business Continuity Exercise toolkits
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Ideally has a security / BCM certification such as CISA/ABCP/AMBCI/ISO 22301/ISO 27001 and has shown support/management experience in previous positions.
3. have a 1 to 4 years of experience in governance, planning and implementation of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Good knowledge of Disaster recovery planning for critical applications and related mission critical infrastructure
4. Excellent understanding on ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 standards
5. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities in order to build relationships and confidence among business users.
6. Ability to work individually but also to collaborate in a virtual team, with partners and clients during audit assignments.
7. Must have a good understanding of information technology and information security.
9. Practical knowledge of MS Office tools like powerpoint and excel.
10. Detailed understanding and/or practical experience of the Risk Assessment process.
11. Should have experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management, and ideally also with contract and vendor negotiation.
12. Change management and project management and planning skills.
13. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English .
