Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to support client engagements.
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify business challenges and opportunities.
Support the development of strategic recommendations and action plans for clients.
Collaborate with senior consultants in designing and implementing business improvement initiatives.
Assist in conducting client interviews and workshops to gather requirements and insights.
Prepare clear and concise presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
Support project management activities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
Familiarity with business concepts and frameworks, such as SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces, and financial analysis.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Prior internship or project experience in a business-related field is a plus, but not required.
Relevant certifications or coursework in business strategy or consulting are desirable but not mandatory.
