In Dubai, we're seeking for a Business Analyst to join our Hybrid Mode team.
JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & JOB CONTENT
Gather requirements and produce relevant documentation i.e., functional specifications, use cases, epics, features, stories, prototypes, wireframes, proposals, and presentations
Perform Systems Analysis, Interface analysis, integration specifications, data translations, and data mapping
Provide business thought leadership to project team members by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others
Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, etc.)
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Assess business process and system inefficiencies

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in ICT, Engineering, Informatics, or related field
A minimum of three years working experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Strong experience in performing a dual role of integration solutions and business analysis
· Exceptional Skills in data mapping, data translation, impact identification, process design, and documentation
· Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a complex project environment.
· Logistics and / or transportation business knowledge or operational knowledge will be an added advantage
· Understanding of APIs will be an added advantage
· Exposure to project management would be an added advantage
