Technical & Professional requirements:
• A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required
• Proficiency in the following languages: Go, Solidity, Javascript (NodeJS & React), C++ and Python
• Thorough understanding of parallel algorithms, concurrency, asynchronous architectures.
• Preferred Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Exposure to blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Ripple, Hyperledger, etc.
• Understanding of Gitflows, DevOps, Deployments, CI/CD, Unit Tests.
• Developed Proof of Concepts using blockchain technology.
• Desirable: Active demonstrable interest in Bitcoin/Blockchain, distributed applications (DApps), Cryptography.
• Understanding of various distributed consensus methodologies (PoW, PoS, BFT, PBFT, etc).
• Understanding of cryptography, including asymmetric (pub/priv key), symmetric, hash functions, encryption/signatures.
• Experience in Building a Crypto Exchange will be a Plus point.
• English from Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
• Ensure continual knowledge management.
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
