POSITION: BD Executive
SALARY: up to 5.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus incentives and UAE benefits
HIRING COMPANY: 20 years in recruitment business
WORK LOCATION: JLT Office – Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Open to Filipino nationals only
Female, Single, 35 years old and below
Preferably non-smoker
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree/Diploma holder is essential but not necessary
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, Recruitment, Business Development, Customer Service
Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Result-oriented with a team player mentality, must be flexible and friendly
MUST come from a target driven background, with strong skills in Client Acquisition and Closing Sales
MUST be able to close sales from the first month and achieve monthly targets
Preferably with existing clients or can create customer leads
Must be persistent in conducting customer follow up
Must have knowledge in MS Applications
MUST have a valid UAE driving license
MUST come from a recruitment company or has recruitment background
