Bartender Required in Dubai

Soiree Dxb - Cocktail and wine bar located at the Me by Melia Hotel Business Bay - is on the lookout for a strong candidate to join our Bar team!

Our perfect candidate is an experienced bartender with knowledge on wines, fluent in English, other languages are a plus, team worker and with character and personality.

The person that we are looking for is knowledge about bartending techniques and preparations, HACCP policies, and with previous experiences in Dubai.

The bartender in our outlet will take care of engaging with guests, recommending drinks and wines, prepraring signature and classic cocktails, serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness of the bar as per HACCP standard, follwing HACCP procedure, following checklists, counting of the items for inventory, ordering bar items.
