What you'll be doing :
JOB SCOPE:
Prepare, mix and serve drinks and beverages correctly to guests in a friendly and professional manners. Ensure the highest level of guests services experience is met or exceeded. Balance the cash flows at the start and close of each shift. Monitor and maintain inventory records.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up, prepare, mixing of drink and serve beverages to guests in professional manner.
Maintain a clean and tidy environment of the Bar
Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the standard of performance manual of the Lounge
Achieve total Guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources
Delight the Guest by offering trend setting and innovative products and services and contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue
Set up the bar and prepare all mise-en-place for service
Clean the bar and all equipment to the required standards and maintain this cleanliness throughout service
Extend prompt services to all Guests and treat Guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous
manner
Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
Ensure and provide positive guest experience.
Maintain inventory records.
Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B operations preferably in hotel or catering industry
Accountability and able to work independently
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written in English
Knowledge of another foreign Language will be considered as a plus
Shift duty is required
