Cafe Staff / Barista

Location: Dubai Investment Park, Green Community

We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our café team as a Cafe Staff / Barista. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as handling food orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes, among others.
Take customer orders and accurately process payments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, tables, and equipment.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
Maintain an accurate and organized cash drawer.
Collaborate with the café team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and recipes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Only committed individuals for job location.
Preferably PIC and Basic Hygiene certificates holders.
