Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Park Lane Coffee Shop located in JVC, Dubai. We serve a variety of coffee from our La Marzocco machine as well as ready-made food options. The Barista will be responsible for engaging customers in a friendly manner, preparing and serving coffee and tea beverages, preparing food and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure overall customer satisfaction. The Barista will work closely with other staff to ensure the coffee shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar position is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation and presentation
Ability to use and maintain coffee and tea equipment
Flexible schedule and ability to work early morning or late evening shifts as needed
Team-oriented with an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work
